At TaruJewel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund including shipping charges will be processed directly to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 business days.

If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the credit will be issued to your TaruJewel account within 24–48 hours after approval and can be used for any future purchase.
Exchange Process

Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement product within 2–4 business days.

Delivery time for exchanges will depend on your location and courier service, generally 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

If the exchange is due to a defective or wrong product, return shipping will be free.

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for used, damaged, or customized items.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong — in such cases, return shipping will also be refunded.
