At TaruJewel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.


Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide a valid order number and proof of purchase.


How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for refund/exchange

  3. Photos of the product (if applicable)


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund including shipping charges will be processed directly to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 business days.

  • If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the credit will be issued to your TaruJewel account within 24–48 hours after approval and can be used for any future purchase.


Exchange Process

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement product within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery time for exchanges will depend on your location and courier service, generally 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • If the exchange is due to a defective or wrong product, return shipping will be free.


Important Notes

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for used, damaged, or customized items.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong — in such cases, return shipping will also be refunded.
